Supporting Organisations to Build Inclusive, Values-Led Workplaces

👋 Who We Are

We’re Max Price (they/them) and Maya Price (she/her) — queer, neurodivergent trainers, consultants, and community leaders.

We co-founded Proud2Be, a grassroots queer-led organisation that has supported thousands of LGBTQIA+ people. Over the past 14+ years, we’ve built and led the organisation through growth and change, secured over £1M in grant funding, and delivered training, consultancy, and talks internationally - including a TEDx talk, How Shame Made Us Proud2Be. Today, we work with organisations and leaders to create cultures that are inclusive, sustainable, and rooted in lived experience.

Our work centres inclusion, compassion, clarity, and sustainability - helping teams develop confidence, reduce overwhelm, and align their culture with their values.

We also coach emerging and established leaders, particularly those navigating burnout, identity, responsibility, and values-led change.

Meet Max:

Max is a queer, neurodivergent leader, coach, and creative who co-founded Proud2Be and has spent 14+ years supporting LGBTQIA+ communities and organisations to grow with care. They bring experience in inclusive leadership, safeguarding, and organisational change, alongside a background in youth work, training, and music that helps people feel safe, seen, and connected.

Meet Maya:

Maya is an integrative therapist, coach, and consultant with 14+ years’ experience supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people through change, healing, and growth. As a co-founder of Proud2Be, she brings a calm, trauma-informed approach to leadership, culture, and relationships, helping people and organisations find clarity and sustainability.
